American Affairs class

I have American Affair class on Monday. I had to write fiction of American history in this class. First, we chose era that we want to write. I chose 1962, so I wrote about The Emancipation Proclamation. I carried my fiction of American history on my blog. Writing fiction was very difficult for me, but it was a little interesting. Also, The Emancipation Proclamation is one of a very important occurrence, so I want you to be interested in the occurrence.

I was born as a bird. The world that I was born was very peaceful. But the war began soon. This time, I will talk about many things that I saw in the fires of war from the sky.

When the Civil War began, a lot of slaves fought for their liberty. The Civil War is a war of the United States of America. USA had divided into the northern part and the southern part. The two parts began to the war, because a problem of slavery become very serious. Many slaves bled for liberty and wounded their badly each other. A situation of a person was badly wounded by other person was very sad, and I felt empty.

However, turning point came suddenly. President Abraham Lincoln at that time promulgated the Emancipation Proclamation. The Emancipation Proclamation is proclamation about the abolition of slavery. This proclamation prevented division of a radical of the northern part, and military strength power of the south part made weaken, and a position of the northern part declared on European countries.

I admired very much his proclamation. I was glad that a lot of slaves were emancipation and they got liberty. But this proclamation was the aim of Lincoln for the victory of the northern part. And all slaves were not liberated, and also they did not become free. However, I don’t think the Emancipation Proclamation was the worst, if the proclamation was promulgated only for won the Civil War. Because I think many slaves was helped through his proclamation, and first of all, it triggered to give slaves liberty.

I died several days after this proclamation. So, I don’t know how Lincoln and many slaves become it afterword. But I wish from the sky, the world become very peaceful again, and they dwell in happiness.
