Web site review (rewrite) (essay1)

I often watched “SESAME STREET” on the TV when I was a girl. I couldn’t understand English at that time, so I had watched dubbing into Japanese. It was very interesting! I liked SESAME STREET, so I decided to write review about the Web site.
The Web site’s name was “123 SESAME STREET beta”. The Web site had a lot of fun content. For example, there were GAMES, VIDEOS, SESAME PLAYLISTS, MUPPETS and so on!

GAMES page had many easy games. These were used easy English, so I could play some games without constraint.

VIDEOS page had various fun videos. I liked “Global Grover: Get To School”. Grover and camel appeared the video. They were interesting, and I thought they were like comic duo! And also, I liked “Preschool Musical”, because many character appeared the video and they sang a song. All of them were wonderful singer! When I watched the video, I wanted to sing a song!!

SESAME PLAYLISTS page had also many video like a VIDEOS page. But I thought that the page seemed to be useful for children’s education, because these videos title were “Ready for School”, “Fun at School” and “Learning is Fun” and so on. I watched “Fun at School”. First, many student’s picture appeared the video. Next, students played chess. They looked happy! Finally, I watched “Elmo’s Patty time”. Elmo, Zoe and Baby Bear appeared! Their conversation was enjoyable and I thought foreign country’s school seemed to be happy.

In MUPPETS page, twelve main characters were introduced. Character’s name were Abby Cadabby, Count Van Count, Oscar the Crouch, Bert, Elmo, Rosita, Big Bird, ernie, Telly Monster, Cookie Monster, Grover and Zoe. I had known all character’s appearance, but I didn’t know six character’s name. And I checked how many characters in SESAME STREET. There were 29 characters, but this number was not exact, because this figure was number of main character.

I love Elmo, so I watched his introduction. His description was friendly and cheerful monster, and his birthday was February 3! I didn’t know his birthday, so I was surprised. By the way, he is 3 years old! Then I watched some Elmo’s movie. All of them were very cute, so I got to like him more and more!!
Next, I watched Big Bird’s introduction. He was 8-foot-2-inch yellow bird! 1 foot is 30.48 centimeters, and 1 inch is 2.54 centimeters. So his height is 248.92 centimeters!! I thought he was “Big” Bird surely.
Finally, I watched Cookie Monster’s introduction. His fur color is blue, and his appearance likes Elmo. His favorite food was cookies, cookies, and more cookies!!

I like SESAME STREET’s character, so I enjoyed the Web site!!!

BR 2-03: JENNIFER LOPEZ

I read “JENNIFER LOPEZ” this time. The book had 1900 words, so it took me a lot of trouble to read. But I thought that the book was so fun!!
I know Jennifer Lopez, but I didn’t know her history.

Many people thought Jennifer was born in Puerto Rico. But the information is not truth. She is form Bronx, in New York.
She is not only beautiful, but also interesting! She liked dancing performance and singing.
First, she challenged to dance. She learned it in a school. So dancing was her forte.
Next, she challenged to act, “In South Central”, she played Lucy. Her performance was very very good!! She was spotted and recruited as the Hollywood Actress! She appeared as many character at a lot of movie.
In 1997, she played Selena Quintanilla. Selena was a very famous Mexican singer. But Selena’s life was short, so the movie was sad story. “Selena” was very important to Jennifer. After filming, she noticed pleasure of singing. So she wanted to be a singer.
Finally, she challenged to sing a song. She becomes a wonderful singer! In 1999, she released first CD “On the 6” Her music was very popular.
Now, Jennifer Lopez is number one, of course!!

When I finished reading this book, I got to like Jennifer Lopez. I thought she is very beautiful, spirit and wise! I wasn’t familiar with her, but I could know about her. I yearn for her, I want to be a wonderful woman like Jennifer Lopez!!!

Autumn semester started today!!!!
I met some friend after a long separation. I don’t like class, but I like talking with my friend:) HaHa!

Sewing Sewing Sewing!

I went to club room, because I had to make costume of the city parade. I take change of skirt. I don’t like sewing, but I little like using sewing machine. SO I want to try to make costume.
My friend takes change of small articles. For example, hair band, ribbon and apron. She is clever, so small articles will finished soon!
The city parade takes place on October 4th. I want to enjoy the parade with my club members!! :)

Chenge my hair!!!!!

I went to beauty salon. I like beauty salon, because I like watching technique of hairdresser, and change my hair.
I had a permanent this time. Hairdresser washed my hair, attached liquid, left and washed my hare again and again! So I stayed beauty salon for three hours. My hip was hurt!! HAHHA!
I want to had my hair cut short after Seujin-siki. I look forward to that time!

Movie and Song!!

I went to a theater at Oue with my senior.
We loved “polnograffitti”!! They are famous Japanese singer. Their new song “gift” was theme song of a movie. The movie was “Flying☆Rabbits”. A leading actress was Satomi Ishihara. The movie was story of JAL Rabbits. JAL Rabbits was basketball team of Japan Air Line. They usually worked at JAL as flight attendant. I want to be flight attendant, so this movie was very interesting and exciting! And “gift” was a wonderful song, of course!! :)

After we watched the movie, we went to restaurant. We talked about our club in there. My senior advised me. I have worried, so I was glad to hear her advice. I like my senior, so I helped her in turn.

qualification etc.

I went to Shimotori Street with my university friend. We went to restaurant, and ate spaghetti. It was delicious!
And we went to book store. We read some books. For example, I read the book about studying abroad, foreign countries, foreign language and various qualifications. I and my friend will go to Australia next spring vacation for studying English. So we have to study English harder. And we think we want to obtain the various qualifications. I obtained qualification of “service care attendant” in this summer vacation. SO I want to obtain other qualification next.
We want to do our best day by day.

TRIP with my club member!

I went to Aso city with my club members.
First, we went to a river. Some people swam in there, but I didn’t swim, because I don’t like swimming and swimsuit!! I’m not slender!! K So, I played water pistol.
There were a lot of nature around the river, I was mended.

Next, we went to cottage. The cottage looked like my house! So I wanted to go home. HAHA! Then I and two my seniors want to restaurant. We ordered “cream blueberry”. It was blueberry ice cream on the blueberry soda. Color of it was purple and very very beautiful!! We enjoyed eating it.

Finally, we had a barbecue at night. I grilled a lot of beef and vegetable. But the light of outside was dim, so I couldn’t check whether beef was done to a turn. We used mobile phone’s light and lighted up beef!! HAHA! :)
It was very delicious, so I was happy!!

I thought club activity was sometimes hard for me, but I like club members, so I’ll do my best.
This trip was so exciting, and I thought so many things.
